We had a problem with our water heater yesterday and Daniel came out for the repair. Daniel has always been very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable!! He and Z have been the best every time we have had reason to need a plumber! The office staff was very courteous and efficient as well! Appreciate their hard work!
I had a complete sewer line replaced under the house & Zlatan H. and Lee did so with professionalism and dedication. I really liked the job they did and they were very nice gentlemen also.
JR and John came out to fix a water leak just off the meter. They were professional and knowledgeable. I have an old house with lots of patches that have been done over the last 90 years, not all of which make sense. When they dug up the area and found the leak, they were able to troubleshoot it and fix it without any problems. I have had other techs from 1-800-Plumber out and they have always been very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend them!
JR just finished my water heater repair. He did a great job and was very pleasant and friendly even though the job kept him working late on a Friday night. Thanks, again.
