Own a older home in Bivins, been having sewer problems for a few years. Paid RR close to $700 for 3 visits from January to March, no help. Called 1-800 Plumber middle of April, problem solved. Cory, Juan, Derrick and J.R. together explained what they thought was causing the problem along with my options. Our A/C went out Tuesday night this week. I called 1-800-Plumber the next morning before business hours and received a return call shortly thereafter. An appointment was set up for the same day from 3-5. They called about 1:00 and said Manolo was on the way! So glad we were moved up! Manolo did a great job!
