Savannah was very helpful and curtious. I needed to schedule on a certain day and time because I work out of my home 3 days out of the week then the rest at a Chiropractor's office. She said sure we can do that!! It's nice to know that there are still Christian oriented based company's that will go OUT of their way to help a customer!!! Thank you so much!! Can't wait till Friday to see how the technician is when he comes out for the first time 😁

David was very thorough with his explanation regarding the thermostat wire on the AC. He knew there was a shortage caused by the damaged wire and he was right on target. David demonstrated knowledge and professionalism. I'm just glad the AC is up and running again.
They are a good, reliable company. I've used them many times for many years.
