I was billed for an additional month even after the unit was picked up. I was warned to be careful about their scheduling process but I had no other options at the time. I setup my account, made my deposit and scheduled the unit to be dropped off at the house I was selling. All was going well. The unit was packed and picked up as scheduled and again, all seemed to be going well. A couple of months of storage and I was finally ready to have my unit delivered at my new home.
