Great experience!
I never leave Google reviews but easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They delayed my containers 5 days and called me at 7Pm the night before it was supposed to arrive to let me know. I have now been sitting on hold for a total of 3 hours trying to get this problem solved to no success.
I have been trying to get in touch with Nick who has been opening up the Birmingham facility for me and I can't get in touch with him for the last two weeks. I keep calling and leaving voicemail messages. He never returns any of my calls. I haven't checked on my storage for the past two months because of health issues. I decided to call 1 800 Pack Rat customer service to find out what's going on and all I got was an unconcerned response from customer service. The driver that delivered my boxes I believe his name was Vernice . He went back and delivered the second box when it was raining. He was very professional, dedicated and knew what he was doing. Please let his supervisor know he is an A++ employee that goes over and beyond. Michael
