Lee and CGM were excellent. We were recommended them through our estate agents who were also excellent. Reasonably priced and on hand whenever needed. Don’t have to wait ages for replies and they were all incredibly attentive and took me through it all as a first time buyer. Would use again and no one else! Thanks Lee and the team!

We used CGM Solicitors for both the sale of our house and the purchase of our next property. Nikki and her team (Sim and Kerry) handled our cases and communication was very good throughout. There was some sort of progress sent through on a regular basis so we did not have to do chasing up ourselves. They were also able to complete our onwards purchase within a very short timeframe in order to tie it in with the sale of our house, which saved us from additional storage/removal fees that would have been needed.
