RecommendedWow! Now that’s customer service! Door spring snapped. Called Zylstra right away. Tracy said, “no problem” we’ll get a tech out right away. Little while later, tech shows up, very friendly, and 1/2 hour later we we were back to normal. Better than new. Thanks Zylstra!

Zylstra Door rep. came out and gave us an estimate. Five weeks later we got our new doors. They did a great job installing and the doors look great ! No clean up for us when they left. The amazing part to us was they asked for no money down when we ordered the doors, and the day they installed they didn't want us to pay then either, " just wait for your bill then sent it in" WHAT? WHO DOES THAT!!?? Great company with great products. Thank You

Sometimes it's not about the work you do but how you stand behind it. Zylstra went above and beyond to make me happy. I am making sure everyone knows this and they will be my only call when any of my overhead doors need service.

Had an opener installed on 16ft door last year and it works flawlessly. When the garage door spring failed, I didn't think of calling anyone else. On time and good pricing. Jeff was a great tech and I'd welcome back anytime!
