Very nice people and easy to work with. Especially Sheri "Granny" Hoffman. No high pressure sales just try to help you make things work if they can. We are from Iowa but checked them out after hearing and seeing Steve's commercials while in Rochester for Mayo appointments. We thought we'd just check out what they had. Never thought a few days later we'd have "a nicer, newer vehicle" like they say in the commercials. They are definitely a "Dealer For The people."

Todd Fitz is an amazing salesmen, and a great all around person. Nothing but good luck and service when going here.
Todd was on his personal cell phone most of our visit. Once he handed our paperwork over to finance, we never saw him again. Not once did he come check on us or update us with where we were at in the process. It made me feel like we were just a number and not a priority. Dorinda, on the other hand, in finance was very nice and up front.
