RecommendedPurchased a vehicle from Dara and can say that it was a great experience. No pressure to buy a car and super accommodating. They offered us more that what was fair for our old vehicle and deducted money as we found a few minor blemishes that they also took care of on the new vehicle. Had a very uncomfortable experience per about two years ago that left a bad taste in my mouth but then they had my wife’s dream car so we had to look. Highly recommend Dara as a salesperson.

service department is horrible, they try selling a 2013 vehicle that doesn't start, then there service department breaks a connection to the battery. so over a week later still don't have the vehicle, and will not cancel the deal, wants to send a single mom with 2 small children out into a vehicle with issues....

Sue, I know that our service dept let down your daughter Amanda. We broke a part and then ordered the wrong part. No excuses, we totally screwed up. dealing with this place on buying my vehicle was easy and treated well.. BUT now I'm due for a oil change and service and have been sitting in there so called quick lane shop for OVER A HOUR!! And my vehicle hasn't even been touched!! even tho this was part of buying here getting services included i can guarantee i won't be back!!
I spent about four hours there on a Saturday. They brought out 3 cars total. Told us we probably would have to settle for a car. They were also running a promotion up to 3000 over book. The offer was not even close to book value. So we went elsewhere. Got a car we wanted, with less than 30000 miles for under our budget. I'd take a hard pass. Better dealers in Rochester who back up their promises.
