I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge in the end of September. It was a busy Saturday during one of their big events. We had an appointment at 330, but we ended up waiting in the waiting room for about an hour. It was frustrating, but the amazing customer service made up for it. Dubs was our sales guy and we couldn't have been more pleased. Very fun to talk to and was very helpful!! My husband and I bought a Ford Ecosport from Todd Fitzgibbons at Zumbrota Ford. Todd is a superior salesman and gives great customer service. He is very caring and makes sure that everything you want in a car is met. He helps make the car buying experience very pleasant.

I was helped by the salesman Dakota, he was very professional, great customer service and reasonable. They was able to put me in a car that was price reasonable. I recommend everyone to come to this delearship location

When I bought the vehicle I was told nothing was on the carfax other than oil changes, etc.. I went in the other day to get a trade in value and was told THERE'S AN ACCIDENT ON MY REPORT. Umm WHAT? Why was I not told this? If I knew there was an accident on it, I wouldn't of bought it. Ive had so many questions about this vehicle with all the problems it's had and now it makes since because of the accident I was not told about... 🙃 Won't be back or recommend to others.

Went to look at a vehicle and had great service. Unfortunately when we went in to the sale room to look into the details, noted about half of the staff and customers were not masked. We decided to leave, without the vehicle. Not a safe place to shop right now if you, or a family member have concerns about CoVid. A very disappointing experience.

We follow the Executive Mandate regarding masks as we are required to do. While my experience was great. And Jason was awesome. Your "100 point inspection" that each car apperantly goes through needs work. I've had my vehicle 4 days and the brakes were absolute garbage. We thought it was a slight issue until actually getting them switched.
