This company is definitely NOT "a dealer for the people." They are scam artists and sell JUNK vehicles. My daughter just bought a 2019 Nissan Rouge from Zumbrota Ford barely 6 months ago. She and her brother made a trip from Minnesota to Vermont to visit me only to end up stuck here for an extra week because the car Zumbrota Ford sold her needs a new engine. Charlene, I’m sorry your daughter is having these issues with her vehicle she bought back in Aug 2020. It looks like when she purchased the vehicle it had 76,523 miles and at her last oil change she had 96,064 miles. So she’s put on 20,xxx miles in the last 7 months. At that time she also declined suggested maintenance for her Rogue before making the trip to see you. Her vehicle was also only in for an oil change. I called about a vehicle that was posted on Facebook Marketplace and on their website before driving an hour and a half to see it on a Saturday morning I called and was told it was there. I spent $18,000 to buy a truck from Zumbrota Ford. 3 days after I drove it off the lot a check engine light came on. I brought it back in. The tech. cleared the check engine light and sent me on my way. I brought it back again after the light came back on. The mechanic fixed something and reset the check engine light and attempted to charge me and I refused. A few days later the check engine light came on again. Michael, looking back at our records you purchased a 2007 GMC Sierra w/ 164,369 miles back on June 20, 2020 for $12,250. After that yes, the check engine light came on for a pressure sensor and in July 2020 and we took care of the issue and paid for the repair in a sign of good faith.
