Nobody likes it when they have plumbing issues. We had our first one at our home we bought in 2015, when we found water not draining from our basement. We took a gamble, and called Zoom Drain. We called on Friday, and scheduled for Monday at 8 am. The team showed up, and had the issue assessed, and snaked the drain to clean it all within the first hour. The technician was extremely polite, courteous, neat, etc. He was knowledgeable and told me what he was going to do and answered all my questions fully. Sidney from the office was also nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again if I have another problem.
Absolutely stellar customer service and professionalism. The technicins were prompt and courteous, wore booties over their shoes while in the house, gave a spot quote before starting the work, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up the tub when they were finished. Highly recommended!

Mike and his helper were courteous and professional. They did a great job clearing the blockage in our office building's under drain pipe despite the wind and snow of a Nor'easter! We'll definitely call Zoom Drain if we ever have drainage problems in the future!
They showed up on time, figured out my problem, explained it to me and solved my problem. They cleaned everything up and were very professional! Could not have asked for better technicians!

I called Zoom drain in the morning and was able to get an appointment within a few hours. Joe was professional, gave me his card, offered booties for his shoes and opted not to park in my driveway because I had pups running around. Joe scoped and used a power snake in the drain and checked to see that the washing machine was draining properly.
