He was very professional and took the time to explain the issue, the solution and how to avoid a repeat issue. He answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Drew was courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and shared steps to keep my sump running for the future. No mess left, quick install and easy to do business with. I would definitely call Zoom drain for all my plumping service issues.
Drew worked really hard to solve my problem trying to keep the price down to just the snake. He did it but problem could return as there was no way to remove all the EGG SHELLS (WHO KNEW). Rather than a return trip at some future date I went ahead with step two.

The service was prompt and professional. Drew, the technician, was knowledgeable, tidy, and personable. Not only did he address the current issue but he was able to answer my questions about maintenance and the inner working of the ancient Victorian plumbing.
I highly recommend Zoom Drain. Joe was very courteous, professional and friendly and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain and then show me what needed to be done, and quickly and efficiently do the work. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
