Our service tech was Joe G. and he was awesome! He was thorough in his diagnosis and finding of the main line clog and it's removal as well as finding an even more long turn problem (tree roots growing through outside section of sewer pipe. Price was for task performed not by the hour which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend Zoom Drain and especially Joe! Thanks again Zoom Drain!

My experience with Zoom drain was amazing. Both tech's entered my house with the utmost respect of my new floors and also wearing mask to protect each other as they are out all day long on different work calls. The process was very professional and quick. I have had experiences with other companies in Portland which I will not mention, that delivered far less service. With that said if I could give them 10 star rating I would.
I do not know where to begin to express my gratitude for the service, expertise and professionalism that was shown to me by Drew. He arrived not only on time, but early and I am so impressed with his diagnostic skills and work ethic. Drew diagnosed my problem this morning. He stayed all day and completed a brand new discharge system! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. His assistant cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they were there. I highly recommend Zoom drain!

Joe was punctual, professional, and performed the installation seamlessly. Joe was customer service oriented while maintaining quality craftsmanship. This was my second time working with Joe, and again I received excellent customer service!
