I highly recommend Zoom Drain. Joe was very courteous, professional and friendly and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain and then show me what needed to be done, and quickly and efficiently do the work. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

He quickly assessed the issue and explained his plan to resolve it. He worked quickly and carefully; I appreciated his respect for my time and my home. Arrived in timeley fashion. Diagnosed the problem quickly (slow bathroom sink & tub drains) and explained the solution quickly. Work completed in a timely fashion. Would definitely use Zoom Drain again.
Drew did a terrific job. I was trying to avoid replacing the toilet. He brought me back to reality, explained the drain wasn't blocked. I didn't want white, or off-white. He took the time to find what I was looking for. Right color, fits right in, round, comfort height, special order. He had it installed a couple of days later. Installation was professional and neat. It's getting difficult to find a plumber (or electrician) to do a small job. Nice to know that Zoom Drain will get there promptly and do a great job.
Zoom Drain came very quickly to take care of our problem The technicians were polite and professional. They took the time to explain the correction for the problem we had. I was given the fee (which was very reasonable) and they took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company.
Quick response to our problem. Was able to come out the same day I contacted them! The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the after care thoroughly, and answered all of our questions.

We wanted a solution for some sewage smell we were getting in the basement. Joe and James arrived to our house and were very courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. They invited us to watch as they ran the camera down the sewer line and explained everything along the way. We really got the sense that they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them!
Very professional. They did a clean job. Did not leave any mess behind. Even wore boot covers while working in my messy basement. Very impressive.
