The Zoom Drain on-call manager was able to be reached on the Labor Day Holiday when no-one else could be. Drew the technician arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He very carefully corrected the drain issue. In addition to the work he performed, I appreciated the time he spent explaining the problem.
Excellent response time on a Friday night in an emergency and when Drew arrived he was professional and was very thorough in the job. He explained everything he was looking for and that he was doing. Highly recommend!!
I had an extremely unexpected and unpleasant occurance in my rental property that needed immediate attention, I called Zoom Drain and within 30 minutes my call was logged and Drew and his partner were at my doorstep they were clean, consice and super informative. He had my situation remedied in under an hour. The service was spectacular and the pricing was more than reasonable. I couldnt be happier.
Joe G**** provided courteous and professional service. He and the accompanying technician did an excellent job in removing the root-based blockage in my outgoing sewer line. Additionally, they took extra effort to avoid damaging or dirtying the area. Thank you for the excellent work.
Shaun arrived on time and was very professional. Looked at our pipes and gave us an estimate for our clogged sink. We have a small kitchen and no AC in near 90 degree weather with high humidity. He and a senior tech worked together very quickly and efficiently to get our pipes working smoothly. Very good job and thank you!
Shaun arrived at our door wearing a mask and booties ready to go to work. He was very personable and after reviewing our problem he quoted a price to resolve it. Once underway he discovered that the recommended fix would only be temporary as our pipes were much more blocked than anticipated.
