I bought A Mercedes from them, they promised me to fix the moon roof switch or will give me a replacement parts, I went back 2 times, they said still looking for it, and never call me back, I call them 2 times, they said they don’t have it yet. I don’t know if they are really going to look for it? Order it? Or will just forget about their promise

Initially, the email contact was prompt. I read the vehicle description which had everything one could ever want in a quality car; however, when I went to see the car, I saw a cracked windshield, the clear coat on the rooftop peeling off, variety of scratches and a fairly deep dent on the car which was not disclosed in the description. I was told that the major repairs would cost $500 but he was having the windshield replaced.
Left their listing up weeks after car was sold
I purchased the car after they had a few small things fixed.
This is the dealers personal car. Very nice and well kept but priced on the upper edge that suggests he would rather keep it.
Responded promptly with information I was looking for and went beyond expectations by attaching additional photo to clarify.
