Go see Kim!! – Kim is the best Esthetician I have seen in years! I had a facial last week and walked out the most relaxed i've been in years. She is extremely professional, has a very therapeutic touch and has a great personality to go with it. I am very impressed...
Portlands Best. – I have been to many "high-end" salons in the Portland area, and Ziva time after time proves to be the best. The front desk sales people are always helpful and considerate and I always leave feeling good. My stylist always takes the time to listen to my needs and delivers great hair. Every time I see him he offers a new suggestion, so that we can, "always keep things looking fresh" I really appreciate that. There is no other salon in Portland I would consider going. Highly recommened!
Loved the Experience!! – If you are looking for a great salon, get what you pay for & great customer service, this is the place for you!! Beth was wonderful, she actually took the time to listen to my frustrations I had with my hair, what I was looking for and very friendly. Nobody there tried to push products on me. I highly recommend you try them out. You will be happy you did so.
Boy, do I look great! – I gave Beth at Ziva a challenge. I'd been cutting my own hair for over 10 years and wanted a major change. I needed to camouflage my high forehead and wanted to be able look good even after getting sweaty under a bike helmet. Beth's haircut filled the bill. I still get compliments every day and don't even miss my long hair. She took the time to coach me on how to get different looks with the cut. I will definitely be coming back for more.
Symptom: Unruly Curl/Cure: Brett @ Ziva – Incredible service, products, and treatment! It's pricey, but WHO cares! You feel and look like a million when you come out of an appointment so every penny is worth it! I've had the best and the worst work on my hair and BELIEVE me, ZIVA is the best! It doesn't get any better – I didn't know what to expect, I'd been going to Dosha forever, but I wanted something new. I had Josh at Ziva do a color and cut for me and I couldn't have been more thrilled. Why I had been going somewhere else boggled me. I hope that everyone can have the oppurtunity to experience what an amazing place Ziva is. Certinly the best salon in Portland.
Ziva Rocks! – I have been to many salons in my lifetime, and no one can beat the personal attention that you receive at Ziva's. There is a reason Ziva's price is higher than Supercuts, its called quality! Ziva Salon, keep doing what you are doing, it works!
Customer service at its best – I have had 4-5 haircuts at this salon and they have always been great.. But what I think makes this salon one step ahead of all other salons is their customer service. When my hairdresser left Ziva I received a letter from the owner letting me know of his departure as well as a note letting me know that they were able to find another hairdresser that I would like as well as a 20% discount on my next visit....
