Great service and attentive staff
Going to give them a two..only because everything was good until they got a hold of a Ralph Lauren shirt I sent them and they ruin the bear that’s on front of the shirt..this shirt cost my 75$ from the polo store..the manager tells me it’s defective from polo??!!!? And refused to take care of it or even apologize..the shirt was brand new and thee manager rudely disregarded my complaint..I’ll never bring another garment to zips ever again I suggest that you do research before you use them!!
