Thought it would be a good way to get around town, but they have no customer service model and ****** me off. It ended up being a waste of money. Lyft was more affordable. I left something in the car, called customer service who created an unnecessary trip, used my driving credit and then wouldn't return that credit when all the man at the lot had to do was tap his card to the censor, I reached my hand in and grabbed it, boom, done. Would give a zero star if I could. Charged me THREE TIMES the advertised rate THEN when we had an emergency (my wife needed emergency service) provided no help on alternate places to drop it off, sent us one place than another, then charged us CRAZY OUTLANDISH towing fees after they LOCKED ** OUT OF THE ****

I booked a trip with the company and was redirected multiple times to different vehicles because they were not in their respective home and though I had the car booked I never received access to one. I was given drivers credit to where Ill be able to use the credit for another trip and when applied I went through a hassle to get the vehicle. I returned the car at 10:29 and was said to be 19 minutes late and was charged $55.96 for late fees whereas they couldnt take the fee from my drivers credit. One of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. I picked up the car with my family at the train station in *********, ** on 10/21/2021. The vehicle was filthy dirty: reeked of marijuana, a film was inside every window, seats filthy, and a sticky goo on the consul. The indicator light was on for maintenance and the indicator light warning was on for air tire pressure (after filling the air twice, I determined that the air pressure sensors were not working).
