The service at Zion Memorial is unbelievable. From the front door to the back shows the type of business it is. The office is as unkempt as the records are. No one wants to be responsible for anything so they just pass the buck. My husband's parents are buried there. His father passed in 2013 but they put that date on hiss mother's side of the head stone. She passed in 2016. When this was pointed out, we were told that they were under new management so we would have pay a certain sum to have it corrected. In addition to that... read more
Its been 8 months and I still dont have the headstone that I paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE HEADSTONE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
The staff there keep lying to me about my mother,'s headstone being put down , suppose to have been put down last week, paid them the fee and nothing but lies and getting the run around. This no way to conduct business, been calling their office all day phone immediately rolling to voice mail, they open at 9:30 close at 3:00, lady finally answer the phone after 2:00.
