Impressed with the new up-to-date advanced equipment. As a new patient I was taken for a tour of the facility while also getting a 'stand-up' 360 degree X-ray of my teeth. First time I'd ever seen such a machine. Everyone was friendly, competent, had full estimate of work plan ready right after plan was designed and work performed quickly and efficiently. Glad I'm a new patient!

I have to say that if you are afraid of the dentist give Packard Dental a try. I use dread going to my dental appointments and would switch dentist office's regularly.. However, everyone at Packard dental is extremely nice, polite and professional and they want to here what you are expecting and your end result that works for you not them.
Back in 1966 Wayne and I were just married and needed a good dentist. I went thru the yellow pages and saw and ad that Packard dental treated kids. I called and asked if they treated big kids because we were 18 and 19. I told them how I was afraid of dentists. Parents in the military I had a couple of scary experiences. The best as always.
This was my initial visit to Packard and I was blown away. The staff was genuinely kind, Dr. Matt was engaging, the office is immaculate and decorated for the patient's pleasure, I even swapped eatery advice with my hygienist! Can't wait to go back in 6 months.
