There were 3 patients ahead of me who all showed up late, but I was on time. They still got me in exactly on time. Good work, team Packard! And I got a free muffin.
I love the new office, it's so high tech and very beautiful. Parking is easy and still close to downtown. The dentists are so nice and very knowledgeable. My kids love to see Dr. Matt.
My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments. She asks me constantly when her next appointment is! When we drive by she just wants to stop in to say hello. She takes selfies with the staff and loves everyone there! Now in the past, getting the kids to the dentist was torture! So for me, this totally works. They are really great people!
As always - Tiffany does an excellent job. Very caring and concerning. Doctor Packard is super! I can't get my appt. consultation with Dr. Cho until October 26th - guess he must be extremely busy. Judy

We love Packard Dental! I showed up for my soon to be kindergartens first check up with my 3 kids because I couldn't get a babysitter and realized when I got there I mixed up my days and didn't have an appointment that day! They were so kind and knew it took a lot for me to get to the office so they made an opening for my son so my trip wasn't a waste of time. They went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable on his first trip to the dentist!
The staff are all friendly and great to work with! My son really likes the assistant Karla. The Dentist brothers- Dr. Jared and Dr. Matt are friendly and enjoyable to be around. I highly recommend Packard Dental!!
I came in for semi-annual cleaning but had a serious pain issue in my jaw. Mindy called on Dr. Matt and he peaked in on me and addressed the issue on the fly. Thank you! At check out, I was even given flowers! Made my day!
