Every time I call the office I'm greeted with a happy smiling voice. I can hear it in their voice, they are smiling. Visiting the office is always a happy and positive experience. The company slogan is absolutely true. I feel just like family. The office is state of the art. Just immaculate, yet so comfortable and relaxing. I never thought I would ever say this, " I love going to my dentist"
I have been going to Packard Dental for 13yrs. The first time left me so impressed with their professionalism and friendly staff, I decided to bring my family members over and tell all my friends. Dr. Forrest was a perfectionist and every doctor since has followed with that high standard.
I am so impressed with Packard Dental. Dr. Jared and Kendra are so patient, personable and I truly appreciate their professionalism. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. During my dental cleaning I was able to watch an overhead TV which was awesome. My visits have always been pleasant and I truly appreciate them keeping me healthy and happy.
I have been receiving dental care at Packard Dental for approximately 10 years. The dental care provided to me is always outstanding! I would like to especially thank Tiffany for great cleanings and also for helping me solve gum problems a few years ago. I would also like to thank Dr. Mark for his consistently outstanding and gentle dental care. Both Dr. Mark and Tiffany always explain what they are doing and why, prior to providing care. All staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. Packard Dental is great!
Well being scared out of my mind about visiting the dentist was the first thing I explained to mark Packard. The plan of even coming back for dental work was iffy. After meeting mark and his son Jared I was reassured that they would do whatever was possible to make my dental journey a very possible experience. I come in every 3 months for teeth cleaning and actually miss it if my appointment gets delayed ! Friendly staff and love the gifts you give out to the patients ! Always an unexpected day brightened. Ha ha !
