Went in for a cleaning as and usual the visit was great from the friendly front office, to Mindy who did a great job with my cleaning to Dr Jared who had to poke my sensitive tooth but did it as gently as possible :-)
Halloween could have been scary, but instead was fun!
I recently had a filling done by Dr. Matt Packard, and the visit was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Matt genuinely cared about my discomfort and answered all of my questions. The filling appointment was painless from start to finish. Everyone loves a dentist that can give an injection without you feeling it. Dr. Matt is top notch at what he does!! Cheryl, the dental assistant, was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The whole Packard Dental team was friendly and helpful during my time in the office.
I had my cleaning appointment today. As always the staff is very friendly and efficient! I love the way they make you feel like your an old friend.
I had a concern about pain in one of my teeth. Discussed the issue with Dr. Mark and after examinations I was told it was a gum pain and not a tooth problem. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark for over 20 years and has not received anything but highest professional treatment.
