The staff was so friendly it helped calm my nerves. Mindy was great and gentle during the cleaning. I was nervous to get my teeth cleaned after having a gingival grafting recently. She was very aware of the sensitivity and extra cautious.
I took my sister for a consult knowing full well that her teeth (the few that are left) are in terrible condition...disgusting actually. Dr. Matt was kind and courteous to her, very respectful, made gentle suggestions, and patiently explained the alternatives. Never once did he make her feel embarrassed or humiliated. Everyone I encountered at Packard dental were professional and kind. I highly recommend this practice as it was the best dental experience I have ever had. The cleaning was thorough but gentle. In addition I had very limited discomfort during my filling.
