Tiffany did a great job cleaning my teeth today. She is gentle, yet quite efficient in her skills. I find her to be friendly and professional , too. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone. She really puts one at ease, too.
The staff and dentists here are so kind and friendly, very helpful with every question I've ever had, and so great at accommodating schedules!

Sometimes you hear "service with a smile" but this place will make you smile with any of their services. I was really impressed with the brand new sparkling clean office. A receptionist got me checked in and my appointment started right on time! My dental hygienist had the perfect combination of keeping a conversation going without expecting me to talk while her hand was in my mouth. Dr. Matt and Nicole are exactly what I expect when I go to my appointment at Packard...courteous, competent and efficient. The atmosphere in the work space is perfect...they make you comfortable in the chair and let you watch the overhead TV throughout your procedure.
Our husband and I came to Packard Dental for the first time this week, after we recently moved to Carlsbad and we were so impressed! Each person is so friendly and welcoming, the dentist and hygienists were extremely thorough and detailed, the equipment is state of the art, and they ensure that you are very much aware of any costs to be incurred. We are so happy we found a great dentist in the area!
