I have braces on and often times it has been hard for a dental hygienist to do a really good job. At Packard Dental, they always seem to get it right. My teeth feel cleaning and Dr. Mat takes his time and is very thorough when it comes to an examination.
Teeth Prophy with Tiffany was excellent as always. She answers questions and is always assisting one necessary. She is an excellent dental hygienist

It's not this occasion, but every time I visit Packard Dental over the many years, I am treated to the ultimate degree of professionalism. If anyone can say that they look forward to a visit to the dentist, then that person is me. The entire staff that helped me was courteous and friendly and I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Tiffany. She has always made me feel comfortable in that chair.
Took my 3yr old son for his first cleaning and he was very scared, but Belinda and Dr. Jared put him right at ease, and never pushed him beyond his comfort level. I couldn't believe we left without any tears, it was such a positive experience and when we got home he asked to go back 😂 See you guys in 6 months!!
Check in was easy. Appt was on time. Tiffany is so good with our daughter, she looks forward to her dentist appointments!!
As a new customer, I'm very satisfied with the service and care my son received from the Dentist and staff at Packard Dental. My son is at the beginning phase of wearing a retainer to help with the alignment and bite of his jaw. My son was in tears upon arrival at the Dentist. We literally waited less than 5 min. in the waiting room. We were brought back and the staff immediately attended to my son and comforted him.
