Charlie, Gabe, and Jim, were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to buy the car or any add-ons. They made me feel good about buying a car sight unseen and made the whole process easy. I was looking at the website for this dealership and I was interested in a vehicle and I could schedule a test drive. I really liked that. If your looking for a vehicle go here and ask for Audry Pade. I was upfront with her from the start and she came through for me. Audry is very nice and she wants to help people. One thing I noticed about this dealership. You are not pounced upon. The people here are very nice.
had my truck sent here from another dealer Zimmer has had it a month and they would not tell me what was going on with it waited and waited tried to get the guy to tell me what was wrong with it he would just tell me to call the other dealer and is rude as hell well first off how are they supposed to know if you won't call them back so they ordered a transmission for my truck come to find out """""they ordered the wrong one"""" pretty pathetic
They took the time to find out what was really wrong with my car instead of charging me for work that didn't fix the problem like Northgate Chrysler did. They were very efficient and got my car back to me in the shortest amount of time.
Had my Jeep Cherokee in for express oil change and tire rotation. It was done quickly, I was in and out in thirty minutes.
The worst buying experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They gave inaccurate information prior to purchase and when it was discovered otherwise, refused to be held accountable and remedy the situation. Very disappointed!
