We have bought 2 Cars from Zimmer and have had them Serviced there without any problems, I would not buy a Vehicle from anywhere else
They really took the time to help me get what I wanted everyone was really nice even though I came in late and keep them there after hours
Zimmer was outstanding to work with. I made the mistake of buying my Grand Cherokee from another dealership and almost immediately began having issues. After about a month I cut ties and came to Zimmer. They got my Jeep in very quickly, were extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue in about a day. Cost was even less than I expected. Only wish I had bought from them in the first place.

In 2018 I wrecked my car and used Zimmer’s collision center for the repairs. Flash forward to 2020... Made my first big girl (dealership) purchase from Zimmer. My dad has always used them and trusted them. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, with payments I can afford. It took about three hours to find the perfect fit, and I never felt like they were rushing me or getting annoyed with me. The whole crew at Zimmer is awesome!
