Service center was fantastic. Had a few minor issues with my 2018 Ram 2500. Tim in service could not have been any friendlier and turn around time was only two days.

Sales department was willing to work with me on the price of the truck I purchased. All of my questions were answered, and sales team stayed late on a Friday to help me complete my deal. Since I live 2+ hours and 120 miles from dealership, I was given a $50 gift card to help pay for the fuel I used coming to their store. I would recommend anyone looking for a Dodge, Jeep, or Ram to include Zimmer in their search. My salesperson Christina, did a great job working with me.
Terrific staff all around, front to back, who cut through the bull and get you through the process quickly and with kindness. They stick to their word and will treat you right. Thank you Danny, Doug, Catherine, Jim and the young men in service for your utmost professionalism. Hard to find these days. I love my 2019 Ram 1500 truck!
