RecommendedI found Zimmer on Car Guru as I was looking for a 2019 Charger GT. Zimmer was one of the few that had any on the lot so I got bored and went down there on Saturday to just look. They didn't have one on the lot with a sunroof but I got to talking to Nate and he found me one. He is not the stereotypical cars salesman. He has a very chill presence but methodical. My dad was in there for an oil change today. 4 hours later they were done. They said they would have gone quicker if they had known that he was waiting. Terrible service. Didn’t offer to give a discount, just said sorry, and they didn’t know. Someone’s wandering around your dealership for 4 hours and you don’t notice? Go somewhere else for an oil change. It’s not worth the wait.
Had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation with Zimmer service advisor Tim Hicks . Tim did an awesome job of keeping me updated on how things were going and also let me know they were doing an update on my information screen. When all was finished Tim had my truck pulled to the front and had me ready to go. Would definitely recommend Zimmer Ram and Tim Hicks in the future. And let me say “I love my 2019 Ram Bighorn 😀😀😀
