We have a Town and Country and up until this year (approaching 100k miles) we haven't had any major issues. The last issue we had the service department kept the vehicle to make sure the correct issue was addressed since the computer was having issues. Then just this week my vehicle starting making a pretty odd and loud noise. Unfortunately, all the service departments were full. Barry in the parts department was tremendously welcoming on phone and in person. Barry excels at customer service and has by far been the best customer service agent I've ever experienced anywhere !
