RecommendedSales team was awesome! Jerry was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And we agreed, buying a Jeep should be a fun experience, and it was! Really enjoyed the experience and when I picked it up he went over everything with me and I was off and driving my new Sahara in no time.
Instead of saying its a computer issue all the time. Change the module that keeps going bad that keeps setting off the check engine light. Had it just for 36 hours this time and the light came back on as usual, with the same codes. Nothing like starting on a long trip and the light comes back on. Oh. Now I'm waiting for another appointment and will probably get charged again. What crap.
Great place to have your jeep/Chrysler serviced
Worked with Vince for a new JLU Wrangler. Service was above and beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships and they've made me a happy camper. They also made the sales and delivery experience fast and painless at just over 2 hours from walking in the door to driving away in my new Jeep and that included the test drive.
Great service and very quick with the paperwork.
Was on the lot about 15 minutes not one person asked if I needed any help smh
A computer chip for a car took 3 days to install. This caused me to use cabs to get to/from work. I dropped my car off last Friday and didn’t get it back till today. I didn’t get any kind of discount on the prolonged service. Apparently a shipment of parts was delayed. Well in that case I feel I should have got a cheaper rate. This added on top of the frustration I had already. When I dropped it off I told the service department the issue with my transmission.
