Absolutely great to work with. I was out of town and broke down and they managed to get me in and out quick. Plus, they didn't nickel and dime me. They fixed what was wrong and even picked me up when my car was ready. Thank you Bill for working me in so fast and at the last minute on a holiday!!! Thank you Will for picking me up!

Only because there is no zero star option. We were given an out the door price prior to making a 40 minute drive each way to the dealer to buy the car. Once we got there, it turns out, it was not an out the door price, even though that's what we specifically asked for and it was actually over $2,000 more than they told us. So they lied to us for an out the door price, wasted our time, and we ended up driving an hour and a half to get there and back on their word, which wasn't true. It was a terrible experience.
Amazing staff and amazing service! I was stranded in Florence last week, 5 hours from home. I was devastated and didn't know what to do because my electronic throttle control went bad and my car was not drivable. Doug, Tesara, and the shuttle driver, William, were A-MAZE-ING! They made sure I was taken care of and put me at ease during one of the worst days. I appreciated the communication, their urgency, and the fact that they genuinely cared. Thank you all so much for being amazing people. Keep up the great work 👍🏼
First visit to get the oil changed and tires rotated on our 05 Ram was a success! I had a few questions for the service guy since this truck is newer to us. He was very honest, helpful and beyond polite. They did not try to sell us or do any extra work on the truck. Typically I do all my own service on my cars but I can say I will be back. Grade A service department for my visit!
