It took less than 15 minutes to change my oil. I really feel it was not changed. I went to my car and they didn’t put a sticker for the next change. I went back in and asked for a sticker. Sent out someone else to look at car, they turned it on and compared to paperwork and came back with one that stated next oil change at 23,000 miles so again I went back into counter and asked did you really change the oil some the paperwork was no where close. Had oil change and wipers installed.Was early for appt. & the dealership finished repairs very quickly. Also they provided info for two other issues I had.

Service department did a awsome Job finding me a water pump and had me back on the road in just a few days instead of 3 weeks as initially predicted. Highly recommend Zimmer for your next vehicle

I had Zimmer service department replace the motor in my Dodge Journey back in may not only did they have my car for over a month and did not notify me that they put a part on that my warranty did not cover and I didn’t find out until I went to pick up my car. They gave me the car back with the check engine light on because the used motor they put in needed spark plugs so I had to replace those. and now come to find out they crushed my power steering line when they put the new motor in and I had it bust while driving down the... read more
