Worst Service department in the tri-state area. Scott the newest “Sevice Manager” in a VERY long line of them is a complete jerk!Will never own another Chrysler as long as your the only place to get service! Absolute joke!! Told us no less than 5 times he didn’t care!! Another poor excuse for a company using Covid to give horrible service!

A former employee and mark bandurske were the people “helping” me. They were extremely pushy, while saying they didn’t want to push us. There was damage on the vehicle that wasn’t listed and wasn’t communicated to us before driving an hour to see the car. And when we asked for a discount for us to repair it or for them to fix it , they got really rude and told us they’d come down on price if I dropped my warranty that was included in it and he refused to fix it because it would “cost too much.” When we looked up the parts, i... read more

Awesome experience dealing with this dealership. Jacob and Tony were easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made my car buying experience pleasant and eliminated the usual anxiety associated with buying a car. The location was super clean and everyone was adhering to all the current “social distancing and sanitizing standards”. I highly recommend Zimmer for new and used car purchases. Their service department is the worse. Made an appointment for Monday and called this morning to find out they haven’t even pulled it in to diagnose it yet. Said they were a couple days out from diagnosing it. I even dropped it off last Friday so they would have it first thing on Monday. Wish they would have told me this up front. Not to mention there were 3 other people in front of me picking up their vehicles b/c of the same issue I had. Poor customer service!!!
