Luisa made me feel welcome from the second I walked in her studio. She makes sure you are informed while making sure your brows match your face, as everyone’s is different. She answered all my questions and played music while she worked on my brows so I can be relaxed. She uses lidocaine so it doesn't feel too harsh and she was very gentle with my skin because it's very sensitive.
