Luisa made me feel welcome again this year. She used lidocaine so assure I was comfortable, and she was very gentle with my skin because it's very sensitive. She showed me how my eyebrows will going to be after mapping my brows to make sure I would like the shape. The shape is not too thick or too thin. It looks natural. I loved my eyebrows when they were done! She is still following up to check if the pigmentation is doing good on my skin. She is really friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
