Friendly, effective, and high quality. I’m ashamed to say we haven’t had our carpets cleaned in nearly 15 years. We thought we would buy some time, get them cleaned and start thinking about new flooring. We didn’t expect them to look as great as they do now! Thank you for saving our carpet! I don’t even think about calling anyone else anymore. The people who work for zerorez are always so courteous and respectful and the technicians do such a great job! Always checking to make sure that I’m happy with what he’s doing. My carpet has never been as clean as with zerorez- I really can’t recommend them more highly! No one else even compares!

The carpet is almost dry with no stiffness after a half hour. Some spots didn’t come up in one room but the house doesn’t have the chemical smell!
