Zero Rez is great! We use them any time we feel our carpets need resurrecting from life with 4 kids an English Mastiff and a Great Dane ! They do not use harsh chemicals to get out the dirt and that is very important to us. The techs are always helpful, friendly and patient.
I liked the whole process. Online request for service, the call from Zerorez to confirm my request and the call from the technician when he was to arrive. The results were great also. Everything was very professional. Thanks.
