The technicians, Tony and Kalen, were very professional, polite, and explanatory during every step of the cleaning process. They showed me what my eyes could not see! (My Very bad doggies!) I’m very pleased with my experience with ZeroRez and would highly recommend this service over your typical carpet cleaning services. My carpet looks amazing! Will schedule another appointment after Memphis fellas!
Ryan & Tim were our Zerorez guys and they were awesome, they even agreed to have a photo taken with me in front of their truck (with Garret logo) to send to Garret who always gives Zerorez a big plug on his show! (And hopefully they will become new listeners now since I gave Garret a big plug in turn! 🙂) The carpets came out fresh & clean & best of all, CHEMICAL-FREE due to their amazing specialized water technology which they also explained & demonstrated in detail. Thanks again guys!
Francisco was great....very helpful and a great job Pros...very clean, smells good ( have dogs) and dries quickly! Con.....a bit expensive, but.....they get the job done!
