Quoted $124 for 2 bedrooms and 2 walk-in closets which was reasonable. I also decided to have my 7.5x11’ area rug cleaned which Janet said the technician would quote on site. MISTAKE!! That was $120. Are the areas clean? Yes. Did they overcharge for the extra cleaning? Yes. They will clean a bedroom, up to 250 sq ft, for $40. The rug is only 82.5 sq ft! Ridiculous
First time user of this service. Tech did a great job on light silver gray carpeting over 20 years old. A real challenge for anyone. Appreciated the hard work and the “no chemical” smell. Also appreciated his professional appearance and attitude.
