The carpet looks absolutely great. The gentleman doing the cleaning was courteous and showed my son the difference in the before and after, he was astonished. I have only one complaint, he was due between 4 and 6 but didn’t arrive until almost 7, he should have called to let me know he was running late
I made appointment over a week ago. The price was about $95. They called me the next day to confirm. All is well, all of a sudden they call me the day before there’s no technicians available for the appointment, and the price is not $95 it’s $165, is this honest or right! I don’t think so, be careful here, And they could not keep The appointment date they confirmed
My couches look like new again so clean, employees very professional we really recommend this company!
Daniel Bonilla was superb! Our carpet and area rugs have NEVER looked this clean! The colors on our large wool antique area rug are brighter than we've ever seen. Thank you Zerorez for sending Danny to clear our rugs!
