Customer service is awesome & the technician that did my carpets has done an incredable job. This is the second time I've used this service and my carpets look like new once they're done. They did my tile as well when I first moved into our home. It looks amazing.

Friendly/ efficient/ capable service
Techs were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They were very thorough, and gave me some great tips about carpet care.
I liked the process itself because it does not leave a residue that attracts dirt. Very satisfied with the techs, explained everything and answered all my questions.
Our technician Brian was AMAZING! He was polite and professional. Our carpeting was super clean after he left. We were convinced the slime our son spilled in his bedroom would not come out but we can't even see it. Can't wait to see how it feels when it dries!
Top Notch Customer Service! The experience was wonderful! Their techs are so courteous, kind and joyful through the whole process. Absolutely brought our carpets back to life, with 3 young kids and pets, this momma’s thrilled! But the best part of the whole process is the customer service, company wide, from the two women I spoke with to book and to confirm, to the techs who serviced our home! What a great company.
