Our technician Aaron was very nice and knowledgeable with how to treat the pet stains we had. He was professional, called before he arrived and did an amazing job. I am highly satisfied with the results we received. What I appreciate is the non chemical smell in our home.
Very professional and personal. Carpets in my 14 yr old motor home came out like new. I would definitely use them again. Dry in an hour, nice fresh smell.
Zerorez is fantastic! Great customer service. I received a text message to confirm our appointment and a phone call 20 minutes prior to technician arriving. Our technician PJ was on time, early actually and was pleasant, kind and courteous. It was a small job but she completed it in an hour and the carpeting in our 5th wheel looked like new! I am very upset with this service. The area that I really needed clean seems like it was not even touched. The Tech said he went over the area a few times I can do better with 409 carpet cleaner. I will never ever ever use them again. Don't waste your money. The tech said they would come back and try something different, why didn't they just do it in the beginning. Don't waste your time.

Other than my appointment being delayed by 90 minutes I was very satisfied with the results of the carpet/tile cleaning. The technician P.J was very friendly, explained everything she would be doing and was very thorough, cleaning up after herself before leaving. Our carpeting is very old and had dark traffic pattern areas which she was able to get clean ! The price was reasonable and I received a $30 credit for the inconvenience of the delay. I will definitely use Zerorez again !
Dave was our tech. Friendly, but not too talkative. Knew his business, but no sales pitch. I only have two suggestions: be sure to call before arrival and when cleaning tile and grout clean the edges. Otherwise the carpet is beautiful (again) and smells so clean.
The guy did not call me before he came. I could have done a better job with my hoover. The guy came in and took pics of my paintings and left my front door wide open. He left the big hose in my house and went outside and talked on the phone leaving my front door wide open With the air conditioner on and Flies going into my house. There is still dirty places on my carpet. I will never use this company again. I asked for my money back and they of course won’t give it to me. Zero rez came highly recommended I hear them on the radio all the time. I was not able to be home when they came to clean, but when I came home I inspected the results, I was dissatisfied as I saw they didn't even do the carpet in back of the door and only half of the carpet in one of the closets .. I will not be recommending them to anyone
