The two professional people that cleaned my carpets last night on W. New Shadow Way, were extremely polite and willing to do whatever it took to make certain that my experience was a good one. Even though it was later in the evening they did not rush the job to go home. I would highly recommend this company and the people that are making it successful. Was very professional. Cleaned bedroom carpets and bathroom tile. Bedroom carpets look great and was able to remove high traffic areas. Bathroom tile grout looks brand new again! Very satisfied and will never use another company again. Highly recommended using grout sealer and carpet protectant.
I give Michael a 10 he did a great job. My carpet looks new again.
I scheduled a last minute floor cleaning for the floors where I work (Plum Windows & Doors), in preparation for a company event. ZeroRez not only accommodated our request with in 48 hours but also made our floors look like new. We were all quite impressed by the professionalism and results we received. Thank you ZeroRez!
I have to say I am very impressed with this company! It started out with the scheduling and quote over the phone, which the gentleman was very friendly and his quote was right on! He explained how the whole process would work. The technician John called about an hour before the times I was quoted , which was great!! John did an excellent job on our carpets! I would definitely recommend them!
They overcharged us for very little results. They lied to us about using the special "pet" treatment but turns out it was just a regular spot treatment. They claimed they would get the pet smell but our house still badly smells of pet urine. I highly don't recommend zerorez.
Holy moly!!!! Having used several different services in the past, I wasn't expecting this!!! Incredible results. We have a 15x15 white area rug in our master that was showing some serious traffic patterns. It literally looks brand new. Rep was awesome with the demonstration and around our dogs. On time as promised too!! Customer for life. Our guy's name was Rick. Thank you so much!!
I was so impressed with how clean my carpets look after you cleaned them today. Scott & Jason were very professional and informative. We even got our furniture done too. I am highly sensitive to chemicals and smells, since there weren't chemicals or smells it was a win for me. Definitely will reschedule and refer.
