The tech, John, was very nice. The carpets looked good when he left, but as they dried the spots started showing again that I had them out here to get rid of. For $200, I am not happy.

I have used their services twice. Both times I have been pleased, having been burned by unlicensed Craigslist people in the past. Today's tech was polite and thorough and took out an ugly beverage spill left by sloppy painters this week. Yay Zerorez!
Jesse did a fantastic job. He was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions. He even told me information about the different machines that they use. My carpets looked great after he finished. Thanks Zerorez, I will definitely use you again!
Jessie did a great Job. He called before he arrived and he was prompt and very friendly. He was clean and well dressed. And he worked really hard. Our floors and tile turned out really well and we loved the customer service that we received. This is our second time to use this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Jessie came early (but called first) and did a fantastic job. It looks much better than with another company we’ve used. He is very personable, and was even nice enough to go around the corner to my mom’s house to give an estimate and they set an appointment.
