Friendly service and well-staffed office. Very thankful that they were open today so I could get my chair and couch cushions cleaned. Affordable as well!
Technician was fantastic and very polite. Explained the whole process. had a couple stubborn stains that he went over twice. Still a little stain left, but not his fault, this carpet is 9 years old and not good to begin with. House smells cleaner and carpets look better than before. I'm happy with it.
