Very fast and efficient service, all carpets look great initially after cleaning, we’ll see how they are when dry. Didn’t know it would take 4hours+ to dry. The only complaint was the multiple texts and phone calls to confirm the service I booked online—. Otherwise Great Job Anthony!!

Appointment set quickly! Art and Josh did a great job at the agreed upon price. Carpet is 15 years old. The carpet looks much better than when Steamy Concepts and Stanley Steamer cleaned it. I really appreciated the friendly staff. The guys wore gloves and masks! Thank you Zerorez!!
Zerorez was great! The appointment was easy to book online. Our technician John was amazing. He was early, got to work quickly and finished early. The carpets look brand new! John left us some charged water (which we have already used and it worked great)! If you need your carpets cleaned contact Zerorez! We will definitely call again to have our carpets cleaned!
