The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very friendly and diligent. Our carpets looked like they were cleaned once before we moved in but wanted them done again just in case and they still had a dramatic difference in how clean they are!

We previously scheduled carpet cleaning before COVID-19 awareness. Our tech arrived on time, we elbow bumped, and he spent a great deal of time explaining what he'd be doing. He eradicated some old pet stains (he literally gets on the floor and does a smell test!), and then disenfected the floors and every door knob and handle in the house. He even cleaned my smartphone! He was such a great guy, really made me feel at ease.
Very helpful. They worked hard gave me recommendations.I would recommend them for everyone. Floors looked brand new.
