I’m a little too angry to go through the whole problem. In a word, I didn’t appreciate being called a liar multiple times by multiple Zerorez employees.
First of all, my carpets were cleaned to look like new! We have two big labs who bring in so much dirt & debris, so it's hard to keep up with maintaining our carpets. Our service tech was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly & did an awesome job.
